Before Boston Aesthetics, I spent three years at Fotona leading five authorized distributor teams across Shanghai — 100+ device installations, 450 clinic partnerships, and a ground-level education in how aesthetic medicine actually operates.

I learned how clinics make purchasing decisions. How doctors build lasting clinical reputations. What separates a distributor who moves product from one who builds a market.

I joined Boston Aesthetics because the product had already done something rare: reached #1 in mainland China through an academic-first approach — not marketing spend. The model works. The goal now is to take it global. Start with the science, let the right doctors validate the technology, let clinical results drive commercial traction. That's the only way to build something that lasts.
